Lotus Signal provides marketing services to law firms. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit lotussignal.com, book a call or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, firm name, practice area and anything you choose to tell us about your marketing.
- Usage information. When you browse the site, our analytics and marketing tools collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your browser and device type, approximate location based on your IP address, and the date and time of your visit.
- Business identification. We use a service that may match your visit to publicly available or third-party business information, such as your name, job title, company and professional profile, so we can understand which firms are interested in our services.
The tools we use
These third-party services process information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use the site, using cookies and similar technologies.
- HubSpot tracks site visits for our customer records and runs the booking calendar on our Book a Call page. Details you enter when booking are stored in HubSpot.
- RB2B helps identify businesses and professionals who visit the site.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. It processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
How we use information
- To respond to you and hold the calls you book
- To understand which firms are interested in our services and follow up where it makes sense
- To see how the site is used and improve it
- To keep the site secure and working properly
- To meet legal obligations
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices and rights

Children
